• The Negeri Sembilan Foundation loan application period is open as follows:-
    • Diploma
      • 01 May          - 31 July
      • 01 November - 31 January
    •  Degree
      • 01 August       - 31 October
      • February 01 - April 30

 

  • Notification notices are advertised in January and June through the following channels:-

                   a. Yayasan Negeri Sembilan Website at www.yns.gov.my

                   b. All Public Higher Education Institutions

                   c. District offices in Negeri Sembilan

                   d. Member of the State Assembly, Negeri Sembilan

                   e. State Radio FM (RMNS)

 

  • The result of the loan application will be notified after one (1) month from the application closing date for each session.

 

PAYMENT

a. Education Loan

We will make payments to all new students within one month of the student submitting the completed agreement document.

b. Payment To Suppliers

Payment to the supplier will be made within 14 days after the Government Order (Local Order) and complete supporting documents are returned.

  • We will send an annual account statement to all borrowers after December 31 each year.
  • The start date of loan repayment will be notified to all borrowers after graduation.
  • All payments made to the Negeri Sembilan Foundation will be issued a receipt.

 

COMPLAINT/ FEEDBACK

a. Any complaint or feedback will be confirmed within one (1) working day.

b. Complaints or feedback will be responded to within three (3) working days.
